How to use
Take one tablet per day with food or between meals while trying to conceive, pregnant or breastfeeding.
the components
Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, coating (hydroxypropyl cellulose).
Contains milk, soy, and trace amounts of wheat from a fermentation medium with enzymes.
Does not contain: nuts, peanuts, eggs, fish or shellfish.
